Shawn is the principal broker at Ferndale Realty. He received his start 20+ years ago flipping residential properties and land. He is a proud veteran of the war in Afghanistan, a Minnesota native, and avid outdoorsman. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Saint Thomas and a Master's degree from the University of Minnesota, Duluth. He also holds a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and Senior Real Estate Specialist designation from the National Association of Realtors.
